To build a basic charter that represents the national character is invited to discuss about the installation of a Constituent Assembly, representing the sovereignty popular, to draft a constitution legitimate, the result of debate and consensus of the majority of the citizenry.
This Thursday April 21 at 17 hrs. at 648 Edwards Street, Valparaiso, a half block from the Plaza of Victory, headquarters of the Federation of Students of Valparaiso University, invites all those willing to explore, engage and join to realize the principle of self-determination of peoples of Chile.
